BUG: edited title no longer visible (+metadata error)

1) Found that Renewing The World: A Concise Global History of the Stone-Campbell Movement was listed in the Library as just Renewing The World.

2) Edited the title.

Haven't managed to get it back so far.

Please correct the metadata as well.

EDIT: The Ascent to Truth: A Study of St. John of the Cross also lacks the subtitle, in this case both in the title and the citation fields. This edit didn't trigger the bug above, though, so it's not consistent.

This a Vyrso title. The metadata comes directly from the publisher and we do not touch it.

However, in this instance I did go back and update it.

I'm not sure why the title has disappeared. I'll ask about that.

The edition that we produced does not have a subtitle. We will not be adding it. (Although I'm not sure you were asking us to add it. Perhaps you already edited the title and did not experience the disappearing title in the info pane.)

(And the other one also has the subtitle on the purchase e-mail and the book cover, though not on the product page, it seems.)

Very odd. I'm curious where that cover came from. The actual print text (which is what we base all metadata decisions on) doesn't have the subtitle.

I'm out of the office today but will look into it on Monday.

Without getting into too much detail it has to do with the relationship between Continuum and Burns & Oats. The later is owned by the former and the main product page represents Continuum's ownership. The product page was based off a contract with Continuum and does not leverage the resource metadata unlike the resource page: https://www.logos.com/resources/LLS_ASCENTTRUTH/the-ascent-to-truth

When creating resource metadata we prioritize the source material. The print material used as a source material does not have a subtitle, thus it was not included.
