Orthodox package disappears when trying to purchase

I go to put a base package in my cart and then it redirects me to a "special savings" page where all the items "special" costs are the same as their list price (no actual savings), then I go to my cart (which has a "1" notification to indicate something is in it) and the cart then says it is empty. I can't buy the base package.

Most times that happens to me is when I try buying something I already own. Try checking your orders page - Maybe you just bought it and you are trying to re-buy it.

I cannot consistently reproduce the error, but this is what I did:

Go to main Logos home page then select Products > View Base Packages (redirects to https://www.logos.com/basepackages)
Click on "Orthodox" (takes me to #orthodox page anchor).
Click "Compare all Orthodox base packages" (redirects to https://www.logos.com/compare/orthodox)
Click "see my price" on the bronze base package (redirects to https://www.logos.com/product/81186/orthodox-bronze)
Add to cart (redirects to https://www.logos.com/upgrade-offers but shows a "1" in the cart on the top)
Click on the cart (redirects to https://www.logos.com/cart)
Cart was empty. This does not happen every time but has happened at least 3 times when attempting to reproduce it (out of perhaps 15 times I did it over the course of a week or two)

Thanks for this, Dan. We weren't able to replicate it on our end, but if it comes up again this will be helpful data to have.
