Notes and Highlight Syncing Issue to MacOS Desktop Platform

I use an iPad to read and jot notes, but then I want to access them on my desktop. My highlights and notes don't sync to my desktop. I checked documents.logos.com, and the files for notes and highlights are all there. For some reason, my desktop app just doesn't download them. I called Logos about this several months ago, and they told me the syncing servers were down. The problem never got fixed, though, so I must have a different issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Are other things synching- such as Clippings?

Please enable diagnostic logging - as per https://www.logos.com/support/mac/report-problem - and upload logs after triggering a sync

I don't regularly use Clippings, so I wouldn't be able to tell if they would sync. I know the problem exists both for notes and for highlights.

I went ahead and followed the link you posted and ended up following that page to another link which mentioned the "sync repair" command.

I went ahead and reopened Logos, used the "sync repair" command and then archived the logs. I then looked back through, and the "sync repair" command seems to have solved my problem. My notes and highlights from several different resources which were not syncing have all appeared.

Glad you have it working,

Some background - both notes and highlights are stored in Notes Documents (highlights are a particular type of note) so, normally, if you see that one isn't synching it is likely the other won't be either.
