Good afternoon I am the Chaplain over a 1200 bed prison

During an intense bible study Several question came up

v4 God commanded the Raven to feed Elijah at Cherith

V9 God commanded the widow women to sustain Elijah

what is the difference between V4 and V9

V9 and 10 She call a widow v17 the same women is called Mistress of the house

why the two titles ???

and is there any important behind the two stick being dress.
