Hi, Jordan, and thanks for posting your logs. I believe the following steps should resolve this crash:

Navigate to /Users/HopeFellowship/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/Data in Finder.
Sort the folders (if there are more than one) by Date modified. Open the most recently modified folder (should be the current user profile you're signing in with). The name of the folder should be something like "0ibr52r3.i1b"
Open the MediaManager folder.
Upload MediaManager.db to this forum thread. Once it's uploaded, delete the file and restart Proclaim.

Jordan, an update: the above solution won't fix your issue. I've gone in and manually removed the piece of media (an audio track in your pre-service loop that was corrupted) that was causing the crash. Any further problems, please let us know.
