How to remove a tag from the suggestion list?

I have this "Skim2016" tag in the suggestion list but it is not needed nor in use anymore - is there a way to get rid of it?
In case I'll live long, this list will lose its usefulness if I cannot remove unused tags.
Gold package, and original language material and ancient text material, SIL and UBS books, discourse Hebrew OT and Greek NT. PC with Windows 11

Apply it to a resource, then right click it and delete "from all resources".
