I am following LT271 Training videos on Jonah. I tried to duplicate a Media Search for Joppa but the search does not return any results in my Logos Deluxe Map set as demonstrated in the video. The resource is prioritized.
Any ideas?
I get plenty results from Logos 7.
What version of Logos do you have? What OS?
I do too if I search in Deluxe Map Set. But the Deluxe Map Set does not show up in a general search from the Factbook Media tab or even a general search of Everything.

I don't see Deluxe Map Set results in the Factbook Media section, but I do see them in an Everything media search. Are you a Logos Now member? Perhaps you're missing some feature/tool/dataset, causing different results to be returned for you?
What base library do you have? What version of Logos? Do you get results from Joppa?
It does not find Logos Deluxe Map Set from the Media Search function in the Media tab of the Factbooko for Joppa or Nineveh.
My Logos started out as a Logos 4 Scholars Library with Cross Grades up through Logos 6. I have added many different resources but not gone with the packages because they are so Greek and Hebrew intensive in terms of what you get. Have thought the dollar was better spent on choosing what dictionaries, atlases, map sets, commentaries and bible background resources I wanted to add.
So, Dave, it would probably take a genius to really figure out the problem. Thanks though for taking my post seriously. I expect I will upgrade to Logos 7 Bronze for my birthday this year and then all these problems will disappear!

So you are running Logos 6 with a Crossgrade, either Core or Feature?
Does your Logos Deluxe Map Set have the following Support Info:-

This is my support info:
And "About Logos"
Dave,
To clarify. When Logos 7 came out I bought a Starter Upgrade and then returned it nearly immediately. They removed the resources from my Library but told me I would stay at Logos 7 since it would be offered to everybody in February anyway.
My package is non-typical I would say.
Your Logos account History should show if you have purchased a Logos 5 or Logos 6 Crossgrade, because the absence of a crossgrade will account for the results. A Logos 7 Feature Set or subscription to Logos Now will provide what is missing.
