I am new to using the Logos Mobile Web service, but I just noticed the not all my resources are available online. Any one else has the same problem?

Welcome to the Logos forum.
The reason you do not see all of your resources available in Logos Mobile Web is due to licensing issues. As Logos works out arrangements with various publishers, they add more resources that can be viewed through the online app. Unfortunately not all publishers openly embrace the idea of us being able to use our resources through the online app just yet.

Is it possible to publish a RSS list of items as they become available online?
I'd like to know ASAP as soon of some selected titles of mine become available. Also.. the rate at which the list gets updated would give me an idea of what the odds are of seeing those titles online.

Are you logged in under the same account as your logos licenses exist? BTW welcome to the forums. It is usually better to start a new thread with your problem rather than to attach to an existing report.
