Logos Now member's discount
It looks like Logos Now members receive a 23-24% discount on Base Packages. I don't know how long this will last.

There is a 15% Logos Now discount for libraries, which will drop to 10% once the introductory pricing ends on February 6th.
There is a 25% Logos Now discount for feature sets. I don't know if that will change once introductory pricing ends.
The discount for base packages is a bit complicated (since it also contains a feature set), but part of the overall savings includes that 10% introductory savings discount. The base package pricing will change on the 6th, once the 10% introductory savings disappears.

I just purchased 2 separate small incremental base package upgrades and got a 23% discount on each one as shown in my cart.

I don't see anything different than usual when I place a base package in my cart. I've checked today's base package pricing to screenshots from past months, and it appears identical.
If you're referring to the "Special Logos 7 savings for Logos Now members" discount, that particular discount hasn't changed since August 2016.
If the savings have changed for you, very recently, or you're seeing some other discount, could you give us more specifics? A screenshot might help!

I'll do a recap of Logos 7 Launch and Logos Now discounts here. Please note that other discounts or promotions can and do prevent everyone from seeing these. Our system is designed to give the best discount available to each individual user. So if someone has an academic discount that results in a better price than our launch discount, or that is better than a default Logos Now discount, that user will see the best price available to them.
Discounts available when purchasing Logos 7 feature sets a'la carte, (not in combination with a Logos 7 library as a base package)
For Now members, discounts apply to your dynamic price, and two discounts combine:
- Now members discount - save 25% on feature set purchases
- Launch discount - Now members save 15% on feature set purchases (this will expire on Feb 6, 2017)
- The combined affect of these two discounts is a little over 36% off your Dynamic price - ACT NOW, this combined discount ends on Feb 6, 2017.
For non Now members, there is one discount available and it applies to your Dynamic price:

I can't do a screen shot because I've already made the purchases. I ended up making 3 purchases and here are the numbers. These are all dynamic pricing as shown in my cart.
The reg. dyn. price shows underneath the sale price in my cart.
Upgrade BP A: reg dyn price $42.06, Logos Now dyn price $32.38.
Upgrade BP B: reg dyn price $41.34, Logos Now dyn price $31.83.
Upgrade BP C: reg dyn price $77.31, Logos Now dyn price $59.52.

That discount has been in effect since L7 was released. I'm glad you were able to take advantage of it before it ends!
I had purchased a few Starter and Bronze libraries myself, as it was a good savings over purchasing certain resources individually.
