For more than a year, I've been unable to update these 3 resources.

Which three resources can't be updated?
NICENE AND POST-NICENE FATHERS 1.4 & 2.9, and THE DICTIONARY OF HISTORICAL THEOLOGY.
(I tried to insert a screen image of Logos on my iPhone, but it didn't upload the image)
Did you try deleting the resource, then re-downloading?
Yes, many times.
...and they don't re-download, or they do but you still have a warning that updates are available?
Have you performed a full shut down & restart of the device?
Kevin may want to see logs (so don't do this just yet), but have you reinstalled the app?
Done all the suggestions.
They download automatically, and won't update these resources.
