It's confusing, misleading and inaccurate and also an old known bug.
The examples without a red line are possible with a Basic, All Text, All Resources search so the heading Factbook is misleading/incorrect. Event is a {Section} search. Biography and Topic shouldn't be listed at all because they are not a Resource/Library search.
Autocomplete suggestions for law do not give the correct {Section} syntax.
