BUG: "Close All Panels" Button Doesn't Scale Properly

The new "close all panels" button does not look right when at 90% program scaling.

Here it is at 100% scaling--

Now, at 90%--

Note that the top, bottom, and sides are cut off. It does not look the same as the help icon.

I am on MacOS 10.12.13. Running Logos 7.5.
