Logos 7 Feature Does Not Appear After Upgrade

I bought at the time, libronix 3 complete, I never bought any packages, always books and collections, until logos 6 used all the resources, After updating to Logo 7, the resources are no longer available.

Let me see if I understand:

When you had Libronix 3 this included the ability to create Sentence Diagrams
You didn't buy any Logos 4 / 5 / 6 base packages but upgraded using the free core engine
While running Logos 6 you were still able to use Sentence Diagrams
After upgrading to Logos 7 Basic, the Sentence Diagram feature is no longer available to you

Is that correct or have I misunderstood anything?

If I am correct I am confused!

I wouldn't have expected step 4 to have stopped anything working, but I don't know enough about how Sentence Diagram functionality moved from Libronix 3 to Logos 4 to comment.

If I correctly understand what you are saying we will probably need someone from Faithlife to comment further.

So you were able to use Sentence Diagrams in Logos 5?

This required some form of base package / crossgrade purchase - and it should have continued to work when you moved to Logos 6 (which you say it did) and it should have continued to work when you moved to Logos 7 (which it doesn't).

I'll try and get someone from Faithlife to look at this.

Logos 7 Basic should not remove any functionality you had in previous versions of Logos. Someone from our Customer Service team will contact you about this soon.
