Can't copy Bible verses (Logos 7.4 SR-1 for Mac)

I don't know which fairly recent update to Logos killed CBV for me, but the "Copy" and "Copy and Paste" links are just text now no matter which text format, Bible version, or target app I choose. I've seen reports of this back to 2009 with suggestions to use Cmd C/V as a workaround. Yes, that works, but the program should work as intended. I don't know if the two are connected, but selecting Services > Open Copy Bible Verses (Logos) in Pages and Word has also stopped working. Any ideas?

Hi Michael:

I just tested this with both Mac Office Word 2011 and the latest version of Pages and both the copy and copy and paste are working as they are supposed to. Also, selecting services, all functions... "Replace with Passage", "Open Copy Bible Verses", etc, are working for me.

I'm currently running macOS Sierra 10.12.3 on a late 2013 27" iMac. (My version of Logos is 7.4 SR-1 7.4.0.0051)

Make sure you have the latest update from Logos as there was a time (several weeks ago) when the "services" were not working as they should, however, that was fixed several days later.

Copy Bible Verses works in 7.5-RC2 on Mac OS 10.12.3 for both MS Word 2011 and Pages 6.0.5 (do I need an update on this one?)

I too am unable to reproduce this issue. I was able to use CBV without any problems.

Can you let me know what Bible translation and reference you were trying to use?

I'm using the ESV, but as I said, it doesn't matter which version I select. At first I thought the problem was due to overzealous settings in BlockBlock or Little Flocker (the anti-malware apps I use), but disabling them didn't help. I'm stumped at this point.

I have tried this and it seem to be working ok.

I wonder if your logs might throw any light on the matter.

After restarting my Mac, then going into services, I messed around with the two Logos options and it is now working again. But Mac Services are flaky.
