The Bible Explorer will list all the places mentioned in a passage range. Clicking on an individual place name will open the corresponding Factbook page. In the "Referred as" section, you can find all the passages where it is mentioned.
This does not include unspecified places such as "a certain town". To find these, you have to use the <Place ...> searches (Any City, Any Place, etc., if you just type Place, Logos will drop down a list from which you can pick).

You can use the Concordance Tool to look for Biblical Entities in just the Pastoral Epistles.
Then select Places on the left to filter to just Places. Note these are all mentions, not just names.

This has been my workaround until they come up with some kind of <Place *> Bible search.

Fast Useful Workaround
1. Download and run this AutoHotKey Script 1134.KeyMapTricks.zip
2. Copy Biblical Places or Biblical People or Biblical Things from Explorer
3. Type <places or <people or <things in a Search Panel depending on what you copied
4. See how the script create a formatted query
5. Run the Search and enjoy the Results
