Possibility of scrolling within the pop-up screen for scripture?

When trying to read the scripture references in the scripture pop-up screen, it only shows 1 verse, though the passage may consist of a few verses.

Is it possible to have a pop-up screen, where we can scroll to read the whole passage, as in Olive Tree, rather than "Jump to reference" which open up a full-screen page? Confused
