Baptist Blog?

It has been almost a full 2 years since a blog post under the Baptist heading has occurred. Are there any Baptist on board at Faithlife?

Are you talking about the 'Baptist Products' forum, or something else?
If the former, I've seen posts there inside two years.

I think these were a casualty of the great reform nearly two years ago.

Under "Blogs" there is one named Baptist, and the last post was from May 2015.

I am unaware of this. What was this "great reform" you speak of?

Downsizing/restructuring. I don't believe they are doing these kind of blogs anymore.

As United Airlines might say, the bloggers were, "re-accomodated."

Hi all,
My name's Daniel and I'm the resident Baptist here at Faithlife. I oversee our Baptist products, including licensing and promoting new content.
We initially started the denominational blogs in order to bring awareness to hot topics in those particular denominational spheres and highlight new products and sales on existing resources. However, we soon found out that I and the other denominational product managers didn't have the necessary time to spend making those blogs as good as they could be. We opted to move our writing and awareness of promotions to the primary LogosTalk blog.
You'll still see me writing over at the main blog, and I'm around the forums answering questions and making you aware of special offers like our recent Christian Standard Bible (CSB) promo. Feel free to let me know about new resources and features you'd like to see over at the Baptist Products forum--I'm always keeping an eye on what's being discussed there.
Thanks!
Daniel

Daniel,
I do see you posting, and appreciate your presence on the forums! Some of us (probably because we're relatively new customers) don't know who the product managers are.
For example, which denominations currently have product managers hired for them (versus someone covering multiple denominations because a product manager had left and has not been replaced)?
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Main blog with guest articles and other marketing strategies should be the only blog. The rest are none sense and useless since FL can barely keep up with what they're currently working with. Embracing more and not maintaining them makes them look bad.

Thanks Petah!
I'm currently the only product manager on the denominational team (our other product managers left of their own accord to pursue other opportunities or took on other roles within Faithlife), but we're continuing to work on how we’ll manage our denominational product lines. In the meantime, I work with other marketing team members to make sure that we're covering all of our denominational bases as time allows.
