i have a collection, well several, of books to read on various topics. I do most of my straight reading on my iPad using the Logos App. Is there any way to access any of my collections in the Logos App on my iPad?

There is limited support, but not for what you want to accomplish. You can, for example, search for text within a collection.
Your best bet is to tag the books in the collection. You can then filter your library against the newly created tag.
