Once unchecked that monstrosity is gone.
...because as we all know, customers are demanding MORE advertisements! [:D]
I don't know, but I suspect this was added via "Logos Basic." It would make sense that something like this would come as a default setting for those users.

Thanks for showing me this. What's strange is on my copy of Logos, when it was checked, the monstrosity banner never appeared on my home page. Does Faithlife have me down secretly as "you've spent too much money with us to need a big upgrade banner appear on your home page"? :-)

I do have the Logos Basic and Verbum Basic sku's unlocked in my account, so that's probably why the option appears. I also have Logos Now and L7 Platinum, so maybe that's why even if I select it, the banner never appears on my home page. Maybe those skus are overriding the Basic skus.
I unchecked it just to ensure it never appears. :-)

Nathan did you purchase a Logos 7 package above the upgrade? I actually have not... I buy piecemeal these days when I do buy, and only when I directly NEED something. Even though I own Logos 6 Gold (I think, and I'm too lazy to check right now) I've only bought books and NOW for the 7 features.
I wonder if that's the determining factor.

I did buy a L7 Library. I have Logos Now for the features (I don't own the Full Feature Set but accessing it through Now), plus I did buy the Platinum 7 Library.

That fits my theory at least. If you own a Logos 7 package above basic, you won't see the advertisement.
Since I technically own L6 , I'm still seeing it because L7 Basic is the only L7 package I own.

Following from Nathan's query, the option should be removed when you own an L7 library (which I do).

I think it fits as well. Thanks for that!
I debated whether to go L7 Platinum, but they talked me into it. :-)
