How do I slow down the scroll when I'm highlighting lots of text?

I routinely copy large blocks of text from Logos into Word (my primary note-taking and sermon writing application). I've found that if I'm trying to select a large amount of text, sometimes Logos will go so fast, I can't tell what I'm selecting (and often end up with way more than I intended to grab).

Ultimately, this a total #firstworldproblem, but if I delete the unnecessary / irrelevant material, then the bibliographic info is wrong.

In short, is there a way to "cap" the scroll speed when I'm selecting large blocks of text? Thanks.

Andrew Batishko posted a tip about text selection that you might find helpful:

"For selecting larger blocks of text, you can drag out a selection, but I find it easier to select a short block of text at the top of your desired selection, then scroll down and shift-click at the end of your selection. This makes it easier to navigate to your desired end point."
