I had a question here about how the notes worked on the Web App... then found some other threads in the Forums that discussed it.

Notes and highlights on web app are isolated to the web app only - They will not sync with desktop or mobile app for now. The web app is being used as a sandpit for the development of a new notes and highlighting platform. If you have any vital work that you can not afford to loose access to then I recommend doing it only on your desktop app. If you create a note on web app and for whatever reason access to webapp is not availabLe you will not have access to your notes created on the web app.
