H. A IRONSIDE'S commentary on the PROPHECY and LAMENTATIONS of JEREMIAH has no TOC.
This is the only commentary of his that does not have a Table of Contents (TOC).

I'm not entirely clear on what you mean. There is a TOC as well as a Contents in the front matter as well. Am I misunderstanding something?
Kyle, I am not seeing those contents at all . Let me give you a screenshot of what I am seeing. It is the TOC on the side that is missing.
If you click on the upside down triangle under the book cover you'll see an option that reads "Show table of contents".
When you click on it, the TOC bar will appear on the left.
I also like to click on the "Show locator bar" option. It makes it easier to navigate between viewing and hiding the TOC pane on the left side.
