I have asked a similar question but perhaps this gets at the answer better. What do we tell people to do to get to our podcasts of sermons we have posted? What we are doing now does not seem to be working.
Hey Bob! Sharing your sermons via Soundfaith allows a number of ways for your congregation to access them for their enjoyment. A quick guide on setting up sharing your sermons can be found here.
For Podcasts specifically (ones shared via iTunes) there are a number of steps that need to take place before they can be accessed and shared for your followers. We have a guide available on those specifics here.
I see the latter link is one shared in a post that I asked in a different way. This tells me how to post or submit a podcast but I do not see from this how to tell people to access the podcast. That is what I need help with.
Ah, I understand! You'll notice when you're adding your Podcasts to the iTunes store via the Share button, it gives you an RSS feed URL (similar to: https://soundfaith.com/api/channels/XXXXXXX/feed ) This is the URL that you'll want to give to your congregants so they can follow your Podcasts. They can subscribe to the feed in iTunes under the File > Subscribe to Podcast... menu.
