Could anyone please show me where can i get get a copy of pure greek or hebrew text with mouse scroll over telling all the morph, lemma, root, tenses?

The Greek New Testament: SBL Edition (on the right in the screenshot below) is included in Logos Bronze
The Lexham Hebrew Bible (on the left) isn't included - no Hebrew texts are - but is available for standalone purchase or included in Silver and above
