Bible Chapter/Verse Lookup

This capability used to be similar with the iPhone/iPad apps, now they are different!  I would like to see the iPhone method return to the iPad app.  Select book, then chapter, then verse!

They're definitely different, though the iPad one still has the initial-use bug.  But I don't see why the iPad picker needs to be limited like the iPhone one.

The iPhone one starts with book choice. The iPad one is similar, first use. But after that, it loads 2 more menus at the same time (chap and verse). Which I like.  I thought the iPhone picker used to be similar.  Maybe not.

Edit: Ok, they added 'Recent': https://community.logos.com/forums/t/77414.aspx versus 4 yrs ago.

This is where the iPad stops. The iPhone will allow you to choose a verse.

Hello Mike, I am getting the option to select a verse on the iPad, as soon as I select a chapter:

Are you not seeing a list of verses once you select a chapter?

My version of Logos 5.15.2(5.15.2.0192) now does not do this.

That is puzzling.  I'm running that same version on my iPad, and I'm getting a choice of verses every time I select a chapter.

Perhap there's an option I don't have checked?  The bible I use is NASB 1995 Update, on both devices. I also use split mode so I can take notes while reading or listening to a sermon.

O.k. Mike.  I think the answer lies in the the selections at the top of the page.  You have the choice to select "Verse," "Contents" or "Recent."  In your screen shot you had "Contents" selected.  If you change that selection to "Verse" does it work as expected?
