I was simple trying to click on a word to do a dictionary lookup. It exited (all windows disappeared) and now when I try to restart it the same crash happen once the windows appear. Logs are attached.1030.Archive.zip
Did you attempt to open to a blank layout?
Not a good idea to run a beta on a beta OS 10.13 (High Sierra). I note that time to load the layout was excessive at nearly 1.5 min.
It's possible you could avoid the crash by loading to a blank layout as suggested.
