When I try to change to a saved layout, the program shuts down. Here are the logs.
It appears that the layout is corrupt. Restart Logos to a blank layout (hold CMD key) and try another layout.
I'm using Mac. I contacted Logos tech and they did a screen share and could make no progress. They said the problem was with a program called mono and suggested I contact Apple tech which I did. There was nothing they could do because mono was not an Apple product. I hope some one has a simple solution for this problem.
Did you try Dave's suggestion?

The Logos/Faithlife Tech got it wrong. If my suggestion didn't work go back to Customer Service and another Tech!
Thanks Dave, that seems to have been the problem.
Still crashes if I try to "close all panels." It is my Old Testament layouts that seemed to have caused the crashes, but I cannot figure out why.
It is my Old Testament layouts that seemed...
It's best to rebuild the layout(s). If it still crashes then upload logs as before.
I hate to appear so ignorant, but what do you mean by rebuild the layout? Is there a command to enter into the command bar or do I just start from scratch making a layout? Thanks Dave.
do I just start from scratch making a layout?
yes. Sometimes a layout will become corrupt, so it is best to "start from scratch."
Thanks, Alabama.
Hey guys, it's happening again. Here are the logs
Was that last layout one you built from scratch?
Is there any reson your Startup is Most Recent Layout - any rather than Most Recent Layout - local? i.e. do you want the updated layout from another installation of Logos?
Yes the last layout was built from scratch. I didn't realize that I had my Startup set that way. I just changed it to local.
Dave, I may have inadvertently opened an old layout when I was checking things. I have eliminated all of my old layouts and am only using two that I have built from scratch. I'll watch this closely and post logs if there is another shut down. Thanks to you, Alabama, and Graham for all of your help.
I need to "publicly" thank Dave Hooton for his invaluable aid in solving my problem. He knew more that two levels of techs I spoke to at Logos. Graham Criddle and Alabama were also very helpful and encouraging. I hope all of you take advantage of the great help available on these forums.
