Is there a way to export a section of a resource with highlights included? Although the print preview shows highlighting, the highlights are not included when I send the text to a Word document.
This has been an issue for many years. My understanding is that it is a limitation in word. If you export to a pdf format, highlighted text is retained

Kind of, if you are selective. Fred hints at the major issue: Word doesn't have the same highlighting styles, so there is nothing to export!
There are SOME markup tools which will transfer over, but I don't have a full list. I believe that bold and italics are two.
