Access to Faithlife TV Plus / Now ?

I have Logos Now and it should be letting me have access free for the plus videos,,

But why is it that if October is free access for the month to Plus videos if we have Logos Now that Logos wants me to Subscribe to access them?

If I have the Free access for the month of October, but then I have to Subscribe so that I can access them and the first month is free after I subscribe.

Then I get only one month access free and lose either of the two free month.. hopefully you understand what I am trying to say. Why is it this way?

Hi Lee,

You shouldn't need to sign up for a free trial. Can you double check that you're signed in at faithlifetv.com? And that you're signed in with the same account that has a Now membership?

Let me know if those are both the case, and I can keep looking into it.

I experienced the same problem and contacted customer service about It. i had been charged for three months of Faithlife tv while being a Now subscriber. I ended up cancelling my tv subscription and just keeping Now and lost access to faithlife tv. They ended up giving me access after I emailed again. Seems like it worked out but there sounds like it may be a problem if it's happening to a couple people.

I looked into it some more, and there was a configuration error. You should have access to most, but not all, of the videos right now, and by the end of the day you should have access to everything (as intended).

When are you guys going to fix the resume function? We have "recently watched", but we always have to scroll to get back to where we were ...

This gets even worse when watching Mobile Ed videos because I never remember which video was my last and at what minute.... Terrible.

Please fix this please....

(btw, I'm watching it from AppleTV)

I am a Logos Now subscriber, but have also paid a subscription for Faithlife TV Plus in August and September to cover the months of September and October 2017.

Same here. I had a subscription but when I realized that I can also have it for free, I canceled the subscription. But there was still one month during which I paid for free content.

I previously received a refund and it would be great if I also received one this time.
