Now, when I read on the desktop, it is reflected on the iPhone.
If I read on the iPhone, neither the iPhone or the desktop shows that it has been read.

Are you using the latest iphone version 1.2.3?
I am not experiencing this using the latest iphone version and beta 9 of Logos 4.0b.
I am only experiencing this problem with my MCheyne's reading plan. I believe I am getting 2-way sync on my simpler reading plan that involves only 1 passage per day.
My iPhone shows what I read as being read but not L4 (I am running the latest beta)

Yes there is a problem as I have reading plans that I have deleted on the desktop showing up on the iPhone app.
