How do I get multiple columns to show when I have a Bible version open? In a previous release of the app for the iPad it allowed me to have two columns instead of just one.

Same as before, under “view settings.” On the iPad, look for the three vertical dots icon, upper right. Choose “view settings” and look for columns.
