Does Logos still offer the free monthly resouces? If so, how can I access them for download?

Yes, Logos does still offer a free monthly book: https://www.logos.com/free-book-of-the-month
But you can also browse the books at all the Faithlife websites (Logos, Vyrso, Noet, Verbum) and sort by lowest price. The free ones will be at the top of the list. For example:

If you have already collected a lot of free books, you can add "&unlocked=no" (minus the quotes) to the end of these links to eliminate the ones you already have.

Welcome Niki! Did you get your question answered? If not, please clarify what you mean by "free monthly resources." There are actually a number of promotions. Some of these grant you actual ownership of a license, while others provide temporary access. If the program you meant was the later, you can't download them.
