Everytime we change to a video slide using an iPad, we always receive the error "Slide Change Error," to the effect of it couldn't confirm the change actually happened. It does happen correctly, you click OK on the box, and continue on. This is happening on two different iPad's and is consistent. The PC is on a Gigabit network while the access point are AC, so speed should be no issue. I also was going to send the logs, but clicking the "Send Support Logs" does nothing. Any ideas or help?
