Had to buy a new computer and in the process of installing Logos 3 onto new computer, I initially had no problems until I updated library through your website.  received error code 18 -- "failed moving file c:\programfiles(x86)\libronixDLS\inbound\lls.lbxtp" and on restarting Logos got another error "libronix DLS has recorded 1 error on 2/25/2010 Line 1 (Logos home page.html) offset width is undefined"

On opening Logos I find that I have NO books in my library.

Okay, first, when you open Libronix (Logos3), and go to Help>About does your version number show the version # as 3.0g? If not run this script:

    http://www.logos.com/media/update/30gAutoUpdate.lbxupd

Second, when you go to Tools>Library Management>Account Summary do you see all your licenses there?

If not, synchronize your licenses (Tools>Account Management). While you're there, double-check to make sure that your log-in ID is the same one you used before your update.

Then check your resource folder ( c:\programfiles(x86)\libronixDLS\Resources\ ) to see if there are any resources in it. If it's empty, you'll have to copy/paste resources into that folder from your CDs/DVDs or resource back-up folder (if you have one) before Logos can update those files. This is required in Libronix (but not in Logos4). Libronix's basic update script (above) will not update resources, nor download resources unless they are already located on your hard drive, or Logos knows where they are on your installation CDs/DVDs.

If you don't have a backup of your Libronix resources, and/or don't know where all your installation CDs/DVDs are, you could go to the following site and download them all one by following the steps under "Download Instructions for Previous Versions." It's a monotonous process that could take a very long time, but it will work.

Please note that you will have to start/restart Libronix before it will properly note the location of the resource. Libronix only discovers and catalogs new resources when it starts. So don't be surprised that running the same script twice in a row, tells you that you need to download a resource again. Just run them all one at a time, or run a number of them one at a time before starting Logos and letting it find the resources (this can take a while with a large number of resources). You do not need to start/restart Logos after running each script.

If all these steps still produce no results, report back.
