The amount of data data is saved and documents along with the app takes up a good portion of the memory on my iPad over three gig. I was wondering how to limit the amount of data that need to be downloaded to my iPad

Hello,

I don't think their is a way to do that. You could always clear the app from time to time to help remove any unnecessary files.

Proclaim doesn't allow you to do this, unfortunately. If you delete the app and re-install it, then old data will get deleted. But I think (I'm not sure) that iOS will clean up Proclaim data if the iPad becomes full.
