what add on do I need and how do I get it, if I want the Hebrew OT and parsing helps like the SBLGNT has for the NT?

By parsing in a device app do you mean tapping a word and using Info? If so, the feature is available to any Hebrew bible e.g. Lexham Hebrew Bible.
