Reymond's Systematic Theology missing indexes

I've just noticed that Robert Reymond's A New Systematic Theology of the Christian Faith is missing both its scriptural and subject indexes (or indices, if you prefer). The print version of the same edition has them. Obviously, these aren't quite as essential in a digital work, but they're still useful. Any reason why these have been removed without any indication in the product page? (Which, incidentally, is missing the usual 'Product Details' section)

Thank you for the report. This is an old title made when we purposely omitted the indices.

We've been in the process of going back and adding them. I've added this to the list.
