How do I search for nouns and adjectives in the same verse that agree in gender and number? I'd be interested in seeing both Hebrew OT and Greek NT examples. Any and all help is appreciated.
You have to use Syntax Search for this. I don't have time to put together an example right now, but here's a tip to get you started... you can indicate that "instance 1" must have the same "Gender / Number / etc." as "instance 2" in the "Agreement" section of the Syntax searches.
Can you point me to help files or videos which discuss this? I've looked and not found anything that addresses this directly.
Sure. Go to the Faithlife group for Syntax Searching, and join if you haven't yet. In the "Documents" tab, you will find some examples searches that do just the type of thing you're looking to do, for example, "Noun + Pronoun + Article, all agreeing morph", or "Cascadia: Same Root, Three Different Lemmas in Same Phrase (gaps allowed) (2)", etc.
Many thanks!
