We copy and paste Bible references into "Bible" content slides but have recently run into trouble when we couldn't figure out why some Bible references wouldn't work. It turned out that we had some em-dashes in those references. e.g. "John 3:14—21" as opposed to "John 3:14-21" or John 3:14–21". The problem was very hard for us to diagnose, and may be for others - would it be difficult for the Bible reference parser to accept all three kind of dashes rather than just two?

Thanks for the work to diagnose the problem!

I'll look into what it will take to implement this on Monday.

Murray-

I was not able to reproduce this on both my Mac and Windows systems. I tried copy/paste from your post, MS Word as well as various keystrokes directly in the editors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How_to_make_dashes)

Are you on Windows or Mac? What source are you using to copy/paste into a Content slide? Or, are you typing the em-dash?

Thanks

Glenn
