Can someone point me in the right direction on how to find all the non-indicative verbs in certain passages. For example, I want to find all the subjunctives in John 10-12. I have Logos 6 Gold. Does it have a tool that I can use to do this?

You want to use Morphological searching. Here is the search you want to perform:

Morph searches begin with an @ in the Find box. That produces a drop-down menu and you can select the part of speech and the particulars of that part of speech you want to search.

I chose Verb (V) and Subjunctive (S in the Mood list) (in my version the Subjunctive is almost completely hidden in a second column for some unknown reason, but it is there). Create a custom search range for John 1-12, and you are off.

You can find out more about Morph searching on the wiki.
