All of the sudden Logos has no record of what I own. No dynamic pricing, nothing is greyed out..
Anyone else having this problem?
yes It just happened to me too. right after I purchased the March madness sale items.
Same here for some time on Vyrso.com (which made it possible to order a free book I own since 2012 or so) - and there as well as on Logos.com, the system couldn't display my order history. But it seems everything's fine again now.

We looked into this and were unable to reproduce the problem. Are you able to provide us with some more information and screenshots.
Info that would be helpful:
What browser are you using?
When did you start experiencing the problem?
Kaleb,
it seems everything is back to working now - but it probably affected some people looking at dynamic prices while it was broken: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/102732.aspx
its still broken for me..
im on firefox. it started when i posted above.
if you look at my order history, none of the items are greyed out.. and I have a pretty good sized library.
on IE, i get limited success, (some things are greyed out) but most are not.
This appears to be affecting me as well. I had the issue crop up when I notices and astronomical change in pricing of a couple pre pubs and someone on the forums directed me to this post. I can called CS and the gentleman I spoke with said he would look into it.
I ordered the free book of the month, which I own already.
The order was a succes
Normally, when checking out I got a yellow bar above the order page, stating that I already had this resource. Not now....

Hi, everyone. We're actively working on fixing this. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you very much for your patience.
Hi, all. This should now be corrected. Thanks again for your patience.

Nope, it's broken for me. The site has no record of anything I own except CP and pre-pub titles I've bid on already.
I actually own all of these except the Grudem:

We're continuing to investigate this problem.
Not working for me either - all prices assume that I do not own anything. There is no dynamic pricing.
Still broken for me when using Internet Explorer 11 but working fine with Google Chrome 41.0.2272.101m on Windows 8.1
(all with latest updates)
This is quite urgent because it is affecting March Madness. I just checked out the Round 5 sale items and it offered me Encountering the Book of Romans for 50% off, but I already own it -- that same edition (2002). If I hadn't recognized that I already owned it, I might have tried to buy it again (perhaps at that point the website might have stopped me because I already own it, but I don't trust it with this bug in there now).
Apologies for the late response. All our web storefronts should be operating as expected again. Thanks again for your patience.

Rosie, looks like the resource id for that product doesn't match the one you have a license to, for some reason. I'll create a case to have this looked into.

There's 2 versions of the resource. They had to remove the pictures:
