Folks,

I'm in need of the above-mentioned subject file (NNIBMC.LBXLLS), I've tried fetching the same from ftp.logos.com but in vain (not accessible). Please let me know where I'd get this file or if anyone has one, kindly send it to me (charles.aaron.d@gmail.com).

Thanks,

Charles

You can get it from Logos by paying for it; here's the link: https://www.logos.com/product/2266/nelsons-new-illustrated-bible-manners-and-customs

Thanks for your reply, but the thing is, I have this file, but it has been corrupted and my DVD is missing out (very old Libronix).

Well, you may have to contact to Logos Customer Service to help you out with that. Even if someone could send the book to you (I doubt it), it would be unethical for them to do so because of copyright (© 1999 by Howard F. Vos).

No offense intended, but the Libby files are encripted; it's the license files that would be unethical to share.

I don't have the Nelson customs file; just the maps files.  But I carefully ignored all the Logosians hooting and howling to trash the Libby disks.  I kept them, knowing some day the ftp site would 'not', and who knows what the Bellingham site will do.

I apologize for my ignorance; I don't know anything about Libby, or Libby files vs license files.

I think she is referring to Libronix (Libby for short).  And there are the files for the resource ("book") which are one thing, and the license to unlock that file, which is another.  Peace. Smile  No need to apologize for one's ignorance.  Enough of that to go around here.  I hold about 67.38% of the ignorance on these forums by myself.  Tongue TiedStick out tongue

I would contact customer service about this.  And Denise might have some helpful suggestions beyond that since she uses Libronix a lot.  I haven't used it in a long while, my awareness on the ins and outs is dim.  Although, I have a computer that might benefit from the Libronix version.  I rather liked aspects of L3, too.

The file is 28mb which is often too large to email. Have you tried deleting the file, syncing, and then updating?

Does this mean if he gets the book file he'll be able to unlock it with his license file? Interesting; didn't know it worked that way. Thank you Smile

lol, wellll, my MVP star is quite tarnished after being away from some of the details for a while.  But, yeah.  We download the book files and unlock it with our license.  Somebody correct me if I am wrong (that is automatic, lol)

did you purchase it from Logos?  If so, did you try downloading the libronix file from your profile/orders/downloadable libronix files location?
