Logos 6 Crash in Win 7 when attempting to open library
After several installs and re-installs the same issue. Logos 6 opens to the usual opening page. If I type a subject or passage to search in the search box, Logos will display correctly. However if I click on the Library tab, I get a windows error and have to quit. Even if I do a successful search and Logos displays the results of that search as soon as I try to access the library I get the windows error (quoting Logos Bible software and not the Logos Indexer). I followed the procedure on the website (starting Logos with the Ctrl key held down and the logs attached were generated wen I attempted to access the library.

Hi David - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
The logs indicate that there is an error when accessing the Library (as you point out) but I'm afraid I can't work out why this is happening.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be able to do so
Graham

I expect one of the Faithlife team will spot this thread and respond to it.
If not then I suggest you contact Customer Services - details at https://www.logos.com/contact

6.5 is now available on the stable channel and it includes this fix.

Hi Angela,
Thanks for the heads up! The update to 6.5 appears to have solved the problem. Thank you, thank you! I can use Logos on my laptop at last
