Question for verifying the concordance results: What is the criteria for calling something a cross-reference?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I asked around. We apply various fields to footnote indicators in Bibles so we can filter them out in various parts of the program (especially for the on-screen footnote display in column view). We are supposed to differentiate between cross-reference footnotes and translation footnotes. Usually, Bibles make this pretty easy to do because they differentiate them typographically (and that's the criterion we generally use). This particular Bible doesn't (they're all just asterisks) and the book designer put all the asterisks in the cross-reference field even though some of them are translation notes.

It's been filed as a book bug. Thanks!
