Working with different notes in the same file: a simple tip

This may be too simple for many of us to think of doing it:

Problem

You are working on a note when you realize that you need a piece of information from another note in the same file. You cannot open a new copy of the same window, because this does not work with note files. Your other note is somewhere "down there" and you will lose the location of your current note by scrolling down to it.

Solution

Change the icon and color of the note you want to return to temporarily to find it back easily. If you need to go back and forth between several notes several times, change them all to a new color/icon and then resort your note file by note type to have them grouped together. Change them back to your normal color/icon when done.

Easy and rather painless.
