missing Syriac fonts

I discovered that the Syriac font I use the most is no longer in Logos. I went to the page where we can download missing fonts, found the source, and it didn't work. Their only source of contact is email.
Has anyone else had this same problem and resolved it?

What is the name of the font?

serto jerusalem. I happened to know the name of the font, because I use it. But I asked the question before when I had the same problem with another font: what if I notice I am missing fonts but don't know their names? What then are my options?

Serto Jerusalem is available from http://www.bethmardutho.org/index.php/resources/fonts.html - download the .zip file, the font files are named xxxx.otf - you probably need SyCOMJerusalem.otf. This installed fine for me (the .msi installer did not).
Hope this helps,
Mick

You can either try to locate it on Logos' support page https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/missing-fonts (the links seem to be good)
or you install all of them - a fellow user has put those into a central file: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/105484.aspx

I've downloaded this file over and over. It never shows up in Windows or Word, where it used to be. Logos won't help me.

I have been trying for way too long to get this to work, and it's not. Logos won't help.

I don't know if it helps but the fonts previously installed by Logos are *.ttf and are visible in both Windows and Word 2013 when re-installed. The otf files in the zip are exactly the same, so try changing .otf to .ttf and installing. I have SyrCOMJerusalem, SyrCOMJerusalemBold and SyrCOMJerusalemItalic

I'm done for the night. I have spent way too much time on this. I got a call from Logos. They couldn't solve the problem today but will try again Thursday.
Can I just change the extensions on these files?

Larry,
I can feel your frustration. All of us on the forum want to help.
I use Serto Jerusalem without problem ..... once it is installed. I do have problems installing it. I do not know why.
If you are a CorelDraw user I can tell you what trick I use to install it with FontNav.
Perhaps you can try some free font installers to make sure Serto is actually installed and ready for Windows programs to use.

You'll get a warning but do it! Right click one or more font files and choose Install
