Persistant Notification Icon

Since installing the Logos 6.4 update I have noticed that every time I launch the program the blue notification icon appears with the number one and hovering over the icon does not produce an information box. I also notice that there is a yellow ribbon at the top of the resource list in the library stating "Updating library catalog. List may be incomplete." I understand this notification will be present on occasion when updates arrive but this occurs every single time I launch the program, even after a complete shutdown of the computer and after several days now. I also notice that I get this same behavior on the installation on my lap top and my Surface Pro 3. These installations, of course, are all PC versions of Logos. I had never experienced this before the installation of 6.4.
If this is normal behavior, so be it. Would appreciate any feedback.
In Christ,
Gary

It is a normal behaviour. In the recent update we are now made aware of this background task.

It should only happen when resources are updated. Having it happen every time is not normal behaviour.

Bradley I thought that having the catalog update was normal after each restart. Here are my logos when the updating has finished.

It was my understanding that this is normal during startup (not neccessarily preferred, but normal). I have observed this behavior since auto update was added:

Restarted, and the library catalog is updating.
