Send To Kindle: Failure to send

A user in the Spanish forum was having difficulties sending How to Read the Bible Book by Book to his Kindle. The book appears to be "send to kindle" enabled (it has the link in the info panel), but it failed to send when I tried. NB Mick said that he was successful in sending it.
