Can you perform a morph search with the same lemma? If not then your index is likely corrupted. This has been a problem for a number of users recently. To fix simply run the "rebuild index" (without quotes) command.
Logging Tool
Syntax search uses a different index; running "rebuild index" won't help.
Is there something that would help?
I don't know much about syntax search, but it appears that lemmas need to be prefixed with "he." for the search to work. (I assume this differentiates between Hebrew and Aramaic lemmas?)
On Windows, when pasting in the lemma or typing "h:qdws" I get a lemma picker from which I can select a lemma; the lemma selected in the picker has the right prefix. Does this work on Mac?
My understanding is 1) Windows automatically puts the appropriate prefix in and Mac doesn't and 2) Windows provides the lemma picker you mentioned and Mac doesn't
I am able to replicate this issue and have created a ticket for us to look into a solution.
Thank you!
