Proclaim not syncing between to computers

I've always been able to sync between my two Mac Book Pros. My worship leader inputs all the songs and videos and when I open my Mac, they are just there. This week nothing makes them sync. I can see the new songs online, but not on my Mac, which I use with the church projector. I called customer support and she couldn't help me. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Proclaim. Any suggestion? I may have to return to Keynote, if I can't get this working.

Please post the log file from the machine that's failing to sync.

Just a thought, could you have logged into a different account on one of the instances of Proclaim by accident? If you aren't both in the same group, you won't see any updates.

Also, not ideal, but...  you can export your presentation and import it to the other computer. This would be if you have to have it and we haven't come up with an actual solution.
